I purchased TCL QD Mini-LED 75C79K ( 75 Inch ) from Hello TV Amsterdam. I am happy with the product. Steve from the shop help me selecting a proper TV model which is as per my requirements and budget. He also gave nice suggestions and was very helpful and friendly to interact with. I’m usually an online shopper, but I stopped by Hello TV to get a TV a bit faster and I’m glad I did. Nick took the time to explain some technical differences I hadn’t considered, and honestly I would have bought the wrong TV if I had just ordered online. He really took the time and his advice was honest and never pushy; he even suggested a smaller model instead of upselling me (I went for the bigger one anyway, but his advice was spot on). I kept going back and forth about the delivery, and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. All in all, a really positive experience!

Was helped by Steve in the Amsterdam store. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable about the TV’s. I knew what i was after but he surprised me positively by showing an alternative, but also by asking if i had physically seen the TV i wanted and showed me the model in the showroom. Overall great experience.

Was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. The shop itself is very tidy and rather stylish. The manager approached me shortly after I arrived. He offered me some water and extra help from consultant. The consultant (Nick) was very helpful in choosing a TV I needed. He made sure that all of my criteria are met and that I get the TV within my budget that I like. He was also very energetic and funny, which I enjoyed. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good TV!

I recently tried out helloTV because they had the black Friday sale. And I was very happy with my choice. The staff there (Nick) was very professional and helpful. I already had an online offer from them and I originally planned to just drop off my old TV for trade-in and make the payment. However, he still recommended me a better option which was both cheaper and nicer than my original choice (and explained the technical details). Definitely a five-star experience!

It’s a nice store with a lot of tvs from all big brands. They offer great discounts and the staff is very helpful. They have deep expertise and are friendly, but not too pushy. Steve helped us a lot and explained all the options, cleaning reccomendations, warranty we really appreciate it. I’m very happy with the LG tv we chose. Thanks Steve!
